Modern English a annoncé la sortie de son nouvel album baptisé « 1 2 3 4 » à paraitre en 2024.

Produit par Mario J. McNulty (David Bowie, Lou Reed, Nine Inch Nails), le disque a été enregistré en 2022 à New York, au Clubhouse de Rhinebeck.

Le premier single « Long in the Tooth », est un titre post-punk qui rappellera aux fans l’énergie du formidable album Mesh & Lace publié en 1981.
