The Damned annoncent la sortie d’un nouvel EP intitulé The Rockfield Files.

Pour ce nouveau disque, le légendaire groupe punk gothique est retourné aux studios Rockfield, où ont été enregistrés The Black Album , Strawberries , ainsi que The Friday 13th EP.

The Rockfield Files a été enregistré en 2019 par David Vanian, Captain Sensible, Paul Gray, ainsi que Monty Oxymoron aux claviers et Andrew «Pinch» Pinching à la batterie. Pinch a depuis, quitté le groupe, après avoir joué son dernier concert avec The Damned pour Halloween 2019.

Les 4 chansons ont été produites par Tom Dalgety, qui a travaillé avec Royal Blood, Rammstein et Ghost, entre autres.
