Eyes Open , le quatrième album studio du groupe anglais Snow Patrol, sera réédité le 24 juillet 2026.

Publié à l’origine le 1er mai 2006, le disque a rencontré un très grand succès commercial. Il s’est classé à la première place des charts au Royaume-Uni, en Australie, en Irlande et en Nouvelle-Zélande.

Eyes Open a été l’album le plus vendu en 2006 au Royaume-Uni, étant désormais certifié huit fois disque de platine, soit plus de 2 400 000 albums vendus, dans ce pays.
