Produit par Booker T. Jones, «Serpentine Prison» sera disponible le 2 octobre via Book Records.
Pour cet album, Matt Berninger a fait appel à de nombreux collaborateurs tels que Gail Ann Dorsey, Matt Barrick et Andrew Bird, Mike Brewer, Hayden Desser et Scott Devendorf entre autres.
