Le 21 juin sortira “Help Us Stranger“, le troisième album du groupe composé de Jack White, Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence et Patrick Keeler. L’album succèdera à “Consolers of the Lonely“.
Jack White et Brendan Benson ont co-écrit la plupart des chansons. Le groupe The Raconteurs a également repris “Hey Gyp (Dig the Slowness)”, une chanson écrite par Donovan. Le projet inclut aussi des contributions de Dean Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age), de Lillie Mae Rische et de Scarlett Rische.
Enregistré au studio Third Man de Nashville, l’album a été produit par le groupe et mixé par Joshua V. Smith.
Deux extraits, “Sunday Driver” et “Now That You’re Gone”, ont déjà été révélés.
Une édition limitée de l’album en version vinyle sortira également le 21 juin.
