The Velvet Underground & Nico (1967) est le premier album du groupe de rock américain The Velvet Underground, accompagné par la chanteuse Nico et produit par l’artiste Andy Warhol.

Cinquante quatre ans après sa sortie, l’album sera célébré le 24 septembre prochain via la publication d’une compilation baptisée I’ll Be Your Mirror – A Tribute To The Velvet Underground & Nico.

Le tribute comportera des reprises enregistrées par de nombreux artistes tels que Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream), Michael Stipe (R.E.M.), Iggy Pop ou encore Fontaines D.C.
